To shorten the delivery chain and stabilize the appearance quality, Tebang has completed the expansion of the spray pre-treatment line and now has the full process capability of "precision stamping → welding forming → pre-treatment → powder coating" in the factory. The new line adopts environmentally friendly pre-treatment technology, and the coating adhesion and salt spray resistance meet the long-term use requirements of the equipment shell. It can be matched with RAL standard color and customized according to samples.

Integrated delivery not only compresses the outsourcing process of chassis products from 3 to 1, but also significantly reduces the risk of collision and delivery time caused by multiple turnover, especially suitable for foreign trade bulk orders that are sensitive to consistency and delivery time.
